在《逃生》中，玩家扮演一名叫做Miles Upshur的独立记者，根据某个内部人士的情报，Miles闯进了一个名叫 Mount Massive的阴暗的废旧精神病院，并发现了无数骇人的秘密。一旦置身于这种陷阱，我们唯一的生还希望就在于揭开埋藏于Mount Massive之中的恐怖秘密。
